I had an argument with another motorist after cutting me off on my right of way. He started everything by calling me a little bi-ch. I got so mad. And grabbed my small tire wrench for self defense just in case something goes down. Unfortunately. He called the cops and I was arrested in front of my house. Now I'm in court. Their getting me for 417(a) pc or exhibition of a deadly weapon and a violation of probation. For traffic. Is there anyways around this? And what's the most jailtime can I get? And I really don't want to go to jail. My dad is sick and has been in a life support for 8 months now and I'm a full time student. I need answers from paralegals or lawyers. Need help.
