How many of you cops active or retired ever wrote a ticket to a driver driving too slow and impeding traffic?

When i worked traffic in Los Angeles, this was one of my favorites. A driver driving slow causes several issues, traffic at normal speed will take evasive actions to avoid slow drivers. The left lane is for passing only on primary and secondary highways, automatic ticket. Slow driving in regular conditions is an indicator of impairment. Yes i did preach, but you have to be careful, violators are the worst to complain to the Sergeant.
